Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake
8 oz. water or low fat/nonfat soy milk (vanilla is best)
1 scoop protein (vanilla flavored) powder
2 Tb sugar-free/fat-free vanilla pudding mix powder
1/4 tsp (or to taste) ground cinnamon
a scoop of ice if you desire
Whir it up, and enjoy!
